The reader and user of this Policy and its annexes acknowledges that unauthorised use without permission entitles the author, namely the Data Controller, to liquidated damages. The penalty amount is gross HUF 50,000 per page. The reader and user of this Policy acknowledges that this contractual penalty clause is not disproportionate, and uses the Policy fully aware of this term. In the event of copyright infringement, the Data Controller will obtain notarial certification of facts, the costs of which will also be charged to the infringing user.
